Setting up your new theme is very easy but there are some steps involved with getting it to look like the demo website. We have extensive documentation on doing that. However, if you want to get started quickly there are some simple steps you can take. We listed below the setup for getting your theme up and going quickly.

Before you get started please make a full backup of your website.

Quick Setup

1. Unzip the folder that you downloaded after purchase.

2. There will be a sub-folder labeled THEME you will find the Genesis Framework and child theme located here, do not unzip these folders.

3. You must install the Genesis Framework first (genesis.zip), to do this go to Appearance > Themes > Add New. Upload the zip file from your "aurora-theme" folder. After uploading click Install Now and on the next page click Activate.

4. Now you may install the child theme (aurora-theme.zip) after you are done installing it please before sure then Activate it.

5. Install the Recommended Plugins.

6. Follow the instructions for importing demo content and Elementor pages.

7. Have fun customizing your theme by editing the colors, adding your own logo, and customizing your Elementor pages. If you have any issues setting up your new theme please contact us.
